Scottland’s mid-season midfield recruit, Moses Shidolo is not here to make up the numbers.

He is here to dominate.

By miles since his recent introduction in the fold of the team, he has stamped his domination and proving to be one of the box-to-box midfielders playing in the land.

With two goals, in three games he has been a perfect match for Scottland and a menace for opponents.

Thrown into the deep end of Zimbabwean football, after previously playing in Namibia and Shidolo hasn’t flinched;

“It’s been tough for me, but I am a footballer, I have to adapt to every situation. Zimbabwean football is different from Botswana and Namibia; it is more physical, but I am here to work hard and adjust fully,” he told Zimpapers Sports Hub.

For Shidolo Scottland is a club, more than home and has given him a mentality that have seen him winning hearts of many Scottland faithful.

“The reception has been perfect, professional setup, great club, and excellent management. They are taking care of me 100 percent, and I couldn’t ask for more.”

“My focus is to give my all for the team, help us win games, and showcase my talent. Every match is an opportunity to contribute and keep moving forward positively.”

“With so much quality in the team, I push myself in training to stay sharp. My goal is to earn my spot in the starting eleven and prove myself every game to keep getting chances.”

Shidolo’s second goal for Scottland came on Sunday when his side booked a berth in the Chibuku Super Cup quarter finals against Greenfuel.

“Scoring wasn’t easy, I had to stay composed in front of goal. We train with two-touch play, so I trusted my instincts, took my time, and finished well. It was a brilliant feeling,” he said.
