Zim dancehall “father” Shinsoman and Maskiri will lead other youthful musicians at a show to mark the opening of new joint PaWenera Nightclub in Damofalls, Ruwa, tomorrow.

Damofalls is situated about 25 kilometres along the Harare-Mutare highway.

Other artists expected to grace the massive event are Nesto, Taurai Mandebvu, Trae Young and Dobba Don while Roki will make a guest appearance at the show.

PaWenera Nightclub has partnered Delta Beverages for various beverage specials during the opening night.

A number of beer brands will be on special offer courtesy of the partnership.

Manager of the new club Ambrose Muredzi said they were expecting a bumper crowd from Ruwa and as far as Harare at the opening ceremony.

“This is a unique club in this area in many ways. Apart from serving African and Western dishes, we also have gazebos for our patrons because we feel they deserve good outdoor environment and entertainment.

“It’s a club that will cater for various age groups, but, above all, we believe in stylish and efficient service.

“To that effect we have hired the best waiters around who will ensure our customers smile. The joint will also provide family entertainment especially on Sundays,” said Muredzi.

But it is the presence of Shinsoman, also popularly known as Baba Devante, that is likely to be the major attraction at the event set to jolt the usually sleepy Damofalls.

The “Mawayawaya” hitmaker is popular with his tracks such “Baba Devante”, “Tasangana Zvidhakwa” and his chart topping track “Hativasiye Vanenyota”.
