Shock as Solusi alumnus found dead in Harare

The Seventh-day Adventist Church community and Solusi University are mourning the untimely death of Brian Nandana, a member of the class of 2024, who was found dead yesterday in Warren Park Hills, Harare.
According to reports, Nandana went missing on Tuesday evening and his body was discovered the following day in the Warren Park mountains.
Sources close to the family said he sustained severe injuries and that some body parts were missing.
The circumstances surrounding his death are suspected to involve homicide, although authorities are still investigating the matter. Allegations circulating on social media linking the case to ritual practices had not been confirmed by police at the time of publication.
Nandana was reportedly working as an e-hailing driver for the inDrive service when he disappeared while operating his Toyota Aqua in and around Harare.
National police spokesperson Commissioner Paul Nyathi said investigations were still underway and that a formal statement would be issued in due course.
Within the SDA community, Nandana was known for his role as a church pianist and his active participation in church activities.
At Solusi University, he is remembered as a disciplined and respectful young man who was committed to uplifting fellow students and contributing positively to campus life.
