CONSTRUCTION of the new Tamburikai Clinic in Ward 25 of Chipinge Rural District Council, has commenced, thanks to a donation of building material by Mutema-Musikavanhu Member of National Assembly, Honourable Angeline Gata.
The development compliments Government’s Vision 2030 of having an upper middle income economy.
Speaking at a Thank You Rally at Rimai Primary school last year, Honourable Gata who is also Primary and Secondary Education Deputy Minister, promised the electorate that the construction of Tamburikai Clinic in Ward 25 Mutema-Musikavanhu Constituency would commence in the immediate future.
True to her word, efforts to revamp the clinic into a state-of-the-art health institution are gathering momentum.
Honourable Gata donated bags of cement, door frames, window frames and deformed bars.
“I wish to acknowledge Government’s steadfast commitment to health. Under the visionary leadership of President Mnangagwa, we are witnessing health infrastructure developments in the Mutema-Musikavanhu Constituency being spearheaded and implemented by our MP, Honourable Gata. This underscores Government’s mantra of leaving no one and no place behind in our journey towards inclusive and sustainable development,” said Ward 25 councillor, Councillor Pioneer Manyama-Gavhumende.
“We applaud the significant strides being made by the Second Republic under the able leadership of President Mnangagwa in improving the healthcare services to the people of Zimbabwe. This is in line with the vision of President Mnangagwa of ensuring accessible and quality health care services by 2030. Indeed, President Mnangagwa and his foot soldiers like Honourable Gata walk the talk,” he added.
