Motswana musician Naledi Kaisara popularly known as Slizer is coming back to Zimbabwe for a charity show to be held at Mucheke Stadium on Saturday. Slizer, who made headlines with her alleged affair with Peter Moyo, is expected to share stage with Suluman Chimbetu and several dancehall artistes.

The musician’s agent Gift Petro confirmed her tour.
“She is coming for the show that will be held in Masvingo and as usual she is always committed to her work,” said Petro.

Slizer has on several interviews showed deep love for Zimbabwe and its people, including President Robert Mugabe whom she described as her idol.

“Zimbabweans have shown so much love and I feel indebted to reciprocate the love that they have given me.
“So I urge (people) to attend the show and enjoy a good blend of music,” she said.

Since she burst on the entertainment scene, Slizer has made her name and is quite popular in Zimbabwe, following the release of her album, “O Tswa Kae”, which has a number of danceable tracks.

One particular song – “Ke jola le rasta” – has become almost like a national anthem at most parties in the country.
Director of Zimbabwe Amalgamated Housing Association Killer Zivhu, who are the organisers of the show said the proceeds of the show will be directed to charity.

“We have a programme of charity homes across the country so this gig is meant to raise funds for the charity,” said Zivhu.
