A Kambuzuma woman appeared at the Harare Civil Court seeking for a peace order against her neighbours.
Maria Gorimbo is accusing Shanice Kanjanda, a popularly known as Miss Shanie1 and Evelyn Kanjanda for inciting violence, physical and emotional abuse.
In her application Maria said that the respondents have been engaging in physical, emotional and verbal abuse and they also insult vulgar and hurtful things.
“They insult me and sometimes they physically abuse me and I do not even retaliate.
“I don’t not want them to come closer to me.
“They come into my yard without being invited and I want them to be barred.
“They also issued death threats on me,”said Marai.
The two respondents Shanice and Everlyn were in default to answer to the allegations labelled against them.
Magistrate Sharon Mashavira granted the peace order in favor of Maria.
