Sons beat up father alleging affair with maid

sons Edmore and Tonderayi to court for violence against him, disowned them and asked for a protection order.
“Why should he keep having wives and children?” said Tonderayi.
“We want him to stop because it is affecting us psychologically.
“When we were young, we watched him sneak into another maid’s bedroom whilst our mother was fast asleep.
“He later had three children with her and now we suspect he is also seeing this one.”
But Buzuzi said he was not having an affair with the maid.
“I have stayed with the housemaid for the past two years since my wife went to Ireland,” he said.
“She is the one who cooks for me and stays at the house when I am on night shift and suddenly my sons demanded I chase her away.
“I told them that she is not going anywhere and they started beating me up accusing me of having an affair with her.”
Buzuzi told the court that his sons were ungrateful and he does not want  them at his house.
Magistrate Mr Milton Serima ordered Edmore and Tonderayi to stop interfering with their father’s affairs.
“Do not insult and assault him and you are also barred from visiting his place of residence,” he said.
