Johnny Herman Saaiman, a South African national, has arrived in court in Bulawayo to stand trial on charges of orchestrating a cross-border fraud scheme.

Saaiman reportedly arrived in Zimbabwe in June, targeting companies by offering to procure groceries and other supplies from South Africa at wholesale prices.

He reportedly used the same modus operandi to dupe the companies.
