In a first, since the Covid-19 pandemic, the highly-anticipated Soweto derby between rivals Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs set for FNB Stadium, has been sold out.
This was announced by Stadium Management South Africa (SMSA) yesterday that tickets for the Soweto Derby set to take place at the 90 000 FNB Stadium, home to Kaizer Chiefs, have been sold out.
The DStv Premiership clash, known as the biggest sporting event in South Africa, will take place on Saturday. The last time the two sides met was back in March, where Chiefs sealed a 2-1 win thanks to Reeve Frosler and Eric Mathoho goals. – Sports Reporter/KickOff.com
