The Star FM’s “All Star Party” held over the weekend lived to its billing with musicians and deejays taking to the stage and serving nothing short of top notch entertainment at Rajiv Gandhi Hall at Harare’s Exhibition Park.
The “All Star Party” was a commemoration of Star FM’s second anniversary after the radio station turned two-years old on June 25.
First on the turntables was Otis Fraser who did his best to entertain the crowd.

It seems his call for people to come to the venue was well heard as the crowd continued to grow into the night.
Otis excited all and sundry by playing a mixed bag of dance-hall, house and RnB music.

Hip Hop artiste, Bruce Mbada was amongst the first artists that mesmerised fans with his song “Htown”.
When it was time for Trevor Dongo to shine, he mesmerised fans with his love songs “Ndashamisika” and “Nerunako”.

The musician proved to be the ladies’ favourite and when it was the headline deejay Peter Johns’ turn to perform he proved he knows his trade well.
His act was well-organised as he dished out classics that ranged from the 90’s right until hits from this year.

His act lasted for over two hours and the sizable crowd was getting down to some dances most of the time.
Peter Johns paved way for Desmond “Stunner” Chideme who stunned the audience with his music and swag.

Controversial Zimdancehall musician Soul Jah Love was among the artistes that shut down the gig down in style. His trademark “Hauite Hauite” slogan echoed through the auditorium as people of different ages sang along to “Ndini Uya Uya”

He compensated his lack of energy on stage with his brilliant vocals much to the excitement of the crowd.
Top players in the entertainment circles together with Star FM deejays and fans braved the cold weather to celebrate the station’s anniversary.
