STEERS intends to offer Bulawayo citizens a full experience of the brand, a move that has seen it introduce a new menu. A new look Steers situated along 8th Avenue will open to members of the public tomorrow. Innscor Southern Region managing director Warren Meares said the major reason for the relocation from Tredgold Complex was in pursuit of a location with greater space and centrally located for easy accessibility.
“The operations of the Steers staff will be more effective due to space that we have at the new complex thereby production will be maximum,” said Meares.
“The centrality of the location will also enable us to access diverse consumers.”
Meares said the Steers outlet would strive to offer the best food and services adding that the new location makes it possible for them to reach more consumers in the market.
Steers is expecting business to expand with its move to relocate as it anticipates improved margins.
The general manager for Innscor franchise in Zimbabwe, Takawira Tawengwa, said Steers would offer a menu that will enable its customers to fully appreciate the brand.
“Steers will offer a new live life, flame grilled experience as we are going to have burger offerings, breakfast, ribs and better still the newly introduced flame grilled periperi chicken,” said Tawengwa.
Steers is set to offer a menu that is affordable for all, with cheapest meal ranging from $1.50 all the way up to $20.
Filled with latest decorations “ambience”, new furniture with a standalone sitting, the new location will be able to cater for families, couples and even people discussing business.
“The location of the new Steers is good, anyone can reach it. This will increase business for Steers,” said Thandeka Buhali, a Bulawayo citizen.
