Wednesday presented with her multiple prizes at a hand over ceremony held at Star FM.
The prizes included US$1 000 spending money courtesy of FBC prepaid master card, a chauffeur driven car during her stay in South Africa; two retain tickets to Johannesburg among others.
“I am excited about this because I entered this competition two weeks ago just for fun without any intentions of scooping the grand prize as I was back home for the Christmas holiday.
“As a huge Chris Brown fan my dream has come true and I can’t just wait for this great moment in my life,” said Mafundi.
Star FM general manager, Admire Taderera, thanked Star FM listeners for their loyalty and promised more extraordinary prizes in future competitions.
“This is going to be the tradition to our audiences and they should expect more surprises. We have had a successful year, so in an effort to give back, the listeners should brace themselves for more life time opportunities.
“We are not only doing music shows but soon we will introduce prizes to international sporting platforms like rugby matches and even opportunities to go and watch Kaizer Chiefs soccer matches,” he said.
The Star FM draw which was conducted last Friday during the Breakfast Club show required listeners to SMS their responses to a question that would have been asked during the show and this would make them eligible to for the grand prize.
