A BULAWAYO woman who recently divorced her husband citing infidelity has been found on the wrong side of the law, as it turns out that she was the one cheating on her husband, a reputable manager of a group of hotels.
It appears that the ex-wife who is rumoured to have moved out of their matrimonial home to be with her new love also wasn’t paying fees for the kids who are enrolled at a private school in Bulawayo. Now the new love has decided to write a letter to the ex-husband asking him to sort the issue out and that the children miss him dearly. Talk about nerve!
Sly magistrate?
The rumour mill is on over drive with allegations of a magistrate who is in the habit of hiding court documents for reasons best known to the court official.
The magistrate is said to have hidden documents of a certain fraud case involving a city businessman who was allegedly duped of a large amount of money by two brothers.
Rumour has it that the duped businessman went to court wanting to view the documents but failed to locate them. The complainant has also pushed for the case to be handled by another magistrate, but to no avail.
