The school won both the boys’ and girls’ categories at the inaugural tournament of the event last year.
A total of 16 schools will converge at Old Windsor Primary School for the annual tournament that has drawn more participants this year.
Old Windsor sports director, Priviledge Zinyengeri, is hopeful that the tournament will live up to expectations.
“We expect a lot of competition from the schools. Last year we had 12 schools and this time the numbers have increased, which shows that the tournament is growing.
“The sponsors have managed to honour they promise to keep this an annual tournament and we are grateful for them.
“Our aim is to promote the sport of volleyball from junior ranks and there is a lot of talent in the junior players and we are aiming at exposing such talent,” Zinyengere said.
The schools will be divided into two pools in a round robin format.
Pool A – Hartman House, Gateway, Tynward, Avonlea, Maranatha, Blakstone, Wise Owl and Admiral Tait.
Pool B – Sunningdale, St Martins Convent, Conwell College, Moffart, Godfrey Huggins, Digleford, Old Windsor and Marlborough.
