GOSPEL artiste, Minister Michael Mahendere will perform at the school grounds, headlining the Messiah National Music Tour on August 30.
Mahendere, who boasts of various albums will descend on Mutare for the first time this year, and will be expected to belt out songs like “Ndovimba Nemi,” “Ndinobuda Pakaoma”, “Getting Personal with God”, “Messiah,” “Makanaka Jesu” and “Zvaringana”. The event will start at 2pm.
Platinum Night Club
Popularly known as PaSatvo, the joint located at Muchena Business Centre, in Penhalonga hosts selected DJs for old school and new school merriment tonight (Friday) and tomorrow. DJs Tawaz and Vyz will take over the Old School Sunday.
FC Lounge
The upmarket bar situated at Courtauld Theatre, hosts some patrons who will enjoy classic and laid-back music. A team of selected DJs will be on the decks providing sing-along music tonight and tomorrow, while patrons enjoy fire side warmth.
Chitsa Bar
The joint situated in Dangamvura kicks off the weekend with Mayhem Friday, with DJs Stixxie and Popinjo setting the stage ablaze with new school music. Supreme Saturday follows as the pair return to deliver a genre-blending experience. Super Sunday will see old-school music specialist DJ Tawaz taking over.
Club Mandisa
DJs Nasty, Smokes and Brooklyn headline weekend pleasure with new beats only session tonight. They will entertain patrons in the VIP arena where vixens will gyrate on the pole during the night, starting at 8pm.
Pub 106
The joint situated at Tanganda Business Centre in Chipinge, reverberates into sound tonight with Dancehall Takeover and Afrobeats Vibe and House Nation Session on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
The Don
Formidable trio, Yala, Ranga T and Mshez will this weekend take turns to entertain revellers starting tonight. They will exchange hands of the turntables on Sunday with DJ Ranga T headlining the old school session.
Kumatanga
The joint situated at Mutare Showground will see DJ Lion hosting the First Friday –dedicated to queens on the dancefloor. Tomorrow they will play host to the Hip-Hop Legacy Night and Reggae and Roots Revival.
