Supporters reward Chafa

DEVON Chafa’s hard work has been rewarded by CAPS United supporters who have voted him their Player of The Month for the month of September.
He was honoured after the team’s 1-0 win over Triangle at the National Sports Stadium on Sunday. Chafa was outstanding in Makepekepe colours and the fans have pooled resources to buy him a food hamper. The holding midfielder has joined the likes of Hardlife Zvirekwi, Edmore Sibanda and Dominic Chungwa, who have been honoured by the fans.

The player received a food hamper worth over $300. The Fans’ Player of the Month Award is bankrolled by the team’s fans going by the name, CAPS United Latest, a WhatsApp group which has a contract with the team to sponsor the prize.
