Mr Nguni argued that while Zanu-PF’s amendments tallied with those of his organisation, they wanted the Copac official statistical report so that they could be compared.
“What these chairpersons say in public is quite disturbing in that they seem to exude tangent views on what the people said during the outreach programme,” he said.
Mr Nguni further submitted that Copac co-chairperson Mr Paul Mangwana alleged that the national statistical report had not been published because MDC-T and MDC had not agreed to its release.

The failure by Copac to publish the report, he said, would make it impossible for Zimbabweans to know what the majority said during the outreach programme.
He said Zimbabweans would not be able to compare and contrast the Copac draft with the views expressed during the outreach.
Mr Nguni said crucial information relating to the land reform programme, homosexuality, dual citizenship and changes to the judiciary was not clear.
He sought an order compelling Copac to release the results within 10 days in three local languages in various publications.
Mr Nguni also wants the Second All Stakeholders Conference to be deferred until the national statistical report has been published.
