TAKESURE Zamar and Mathias Mhere will headline a mega show on August 23 to be held at Hopley Grounds.
The event, which is set to culminate into a miracle crusade, will also feature other artists – Takie Ndou, Omega, Sbu Noah, Minister Ellard and Sharon Cherayi.
After their performance, the crusade will then run from August 23 to 27, at Hopley Grounds.
The event is being hosted by Jesus for Africa Evangelistic Ministries, in conjunction with Hopley Pastors Fraternity and Paras.
Evangelist Paul Saungweme is expected to lead the crusade.
Jacob Mahori, who is the administrator of the crusade, said they decided to rope in top artists to add variety.
“The musicians are ministers of the gospel in their own right hence we are joining forces to redeem lost souls back to the Kingdom of God.
“These musicians are joining forces with us for anointed praise and worship ministry.
“To those who are going to come, they should expect wonderful things from our precious Lord.
“They should come with their loved ones,” he said.
Mahori urged the people of Hopley to come and experience the joy of praise and worship.
“As we draw towards the crusade, our hearts are joyful and without doubt, Hopley will be awakened to the wonders of God’s grace.
“This is the time and season for Hopley.
“This crusade will be a power-packed demonstration of God’s love and mercy as we share the good news of our Lord and Master, Jesus Christ,” he said.
Added Mahori:
“This is an event not to miss and it will be exciting as we praise and worship our Lord.
“People must come expecting miracles in various situations of their lives.
“There will be a powerful ministering of the word from Evangelist Paul Saungweme and Bishop Mashanda.”
Initially, the event was set to be held in 2020 but was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
