Talen Vision star on the market

IMPRESSIVE Talen Vision centreback and vice-captain Stanley Dalamakunda has attracted interest from several Premier League teams after an impressive season with the Filabusi based side last year.

The 21-year-old was the league’s top-scoring defender with eight goals and played a pivotal role in his side finishing third in the Zifa Southern Region Division One.

Clubs such as recently promoted Arenel Movers, Bulawayo Chiefs and giants Caps United are reported to have been on the hunt for the young defender’s signature.

Despite the rumours, Dalamakunda said he is staying put and will keep working hard for his current pay masters until the right offer comes.

“I am still a Talent Vision player, I respect everything and everyone there, rumours are rumours and especially at this time of the season, rumours will spread around. I will not panic or make any rushed decisions, I will remain put until the right offer comes,” said Dalamakunda.

It would be a bargain for any team that would secure his signature considering his age as he is considered as one of the players in the country with a bright future.

Apart from Bosso90, he has previously played for BJM Academy, Chinhoyi Rangers FC and was part of the squad that helped Greenfuel FC to gain promotion to this year’s Premiership campaign.

He will hope that the 2024 season is filled with good luck as he believes he is now ready to rub shoulders with the big boys.

“I started playing football at an early age and I have learnt a lot. I am still young but I believe that I am now ready to play up there. It is never easy but I believe that I can fight my way to the top,” said Dalamakunda.
