Marvel Comics is an American company also known Marvel Worldwide, Inc. which specialises in publishing comic books and related media.

In an interview, Sibanda said, he would love to help comic artists compile their books countrywide through this company which will be a Zimbabwean version of Marvel Company.

The teenager said he believes his dream can be turned into reality if he maintains his positive attitude towards the project.

“I believe that I can achieve anything if I remain focused,” he said.

Sibanda said if he manages to set-up such a company, he would consider  working with other artists in compiling their works.

“If I do get the opportunity to set up such a company, I am going to compile comic works different artists that have not been published before.

“This will help me merge ideas to come up with something tangible,” he said.

The up and coming comic artist, who resides in Cowdray, said he attended Cowdray Park Secondary School.

Sibanda who said he had a passion for art, said he took a break from art while he was in Grade Six and was back when he was at high school.

“I stopped drawing when I was in Grade Six due to financial constraints but I resumed my art at high school,” he said.

Sibanda said he has been working with his friend Simbarashe Gwenzi whom he met at Cowdray Secondary.

“Sometimes when you are so passionate about something and you get to meet people who understand what you are all about, you get encouraged.

Getting to work and share notes with Simbarashe has been enriching because we share the same dreams,” he said.

The visionary teen also said working with Gwenzi on most of his designs has motivated him to compile his first comic book.

“Working with Gwenzi motivated me to compile my first comic book titled Gun Smoke Dead Zone, an inspiration drawn from a flick called Night-Mare on Elm Street,” he said.

Sibanda also said his first comic narrates a story of a city that was once peaceful, but was invaded by a villain named Bison.

On the other hand is a super hero-Gun Smoke who restores peace and order in the city and brings Bison’s reign of terror to an end.

“My dream is to get a sponsor who will help me achieve my dream of setting up a company that resembles the biggest comic company. The only difference would be that the company would be a local based one and it will mainly cater for local artists though presenting its graphic in 3D,” Sibanda said.

The talented young artist’s parents also confirmed the artist’s talent and said they will rally behind their son in every way possible.

“We give our son our full support he deserves to achieve his dream even though we still emphasise on his academics first, just like any other parent would,” said Mrs Sibanda.

The teenager’s friend, Gwenzi also said he has always believed in his friend and was confident his friend had a bright future in the art industry.
