Telecel Zimbabwe last Friday donated cooking oil, rice, sugar, maize-meal, salt and other foodstuffs to Tsholotsho flood victims.
The donation was handed over to Minister of State for Matabeleland North Cain Mathema at the Telecel stand at the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF).
Receiving the donation, Minister Mathema said the floods had destroyed people’s homes and as a result many of them were without food.
“We need a lot of support in cash and kind,” he said.

Last month Telecel made a similar donation to the Tokwe-Mukosi flood victims in Masvingo.
