Temporary closure of roads to Parly

CLERK of Parliament Mr Kennedy Chokuda is advising motorists that all roads leading to Parliament will be closed today and motorists should use other routes. This is because President Mugabe delivers the State of the Nation Address in Parliament.Mr Chokuda said Nelson Mandela would be closed from Sam Nujoma Street to Simon Muzenda Street, Third Street at Jason Moyo Avenue, George Silundika at Third Street, St Mary’s Lane at Nelson Mandela Avenue and Kwame Nkrumah from Sam Nujoma to Simon Muzenda Street.

The roads will be temporarily closed to motorists from 1400 hours to 1600 hours.

“All motorists who ordinarily use the above mentioned closed roads are advised to use alternative routes,” said Mr Chokuda.
