tourney.
Harare province are the favourites as they have a number of seasoned players who lead the order of merit.

The province has Loice Chingono of Wingate, Batsirai Tilowakuti of Borrowdale Brooke, Yolanda Mubaiwa and Shamiso Makwara, among several other good players.

ZLGU public relations officer, Evelyn Maisvoreva, said they were looking forward to a good and competitive event. “We are looking forward to a very competitive two-day-event in the inter-provincials.

The players are well prepared for the event and we are happy that they will be playing at the same course they played last month.

“I cannot single out individuals but every team will be looking forward to a good outing,” said Maisvoreva.

The rains have had an effect on the course but the organisers are ready to roll. Apparently, the inter-provincial event was supposed to be held at Ruwa but the state of the course is not up to standard,” said Maisvoreva.
