DYNAMOS boss, Herbert Maruwa, says he understands the frustration of the fans and says they are justified to demand better results.
He has called for calm ahead of the Harare Derby showdown against CAPS United on Sunday.
The coach is still to win the hearts of a sizeable section of DeMbare’s fans after mixed fortunes in their first five fixtures.
But, some want him to get more time to impose his style and argue that his men are within touching distance of the leaders of the marathon.
Maruwa reassured fans that good results will roll their way and urged them to remain patient.
“The fans are justified and I understand their frustration because they pay their hard-earned to watch their team,” he said.
“They also have to extend their patience since we are building a new team.
“We are not going to hide by saying this is a new team altogether but they have to be patient with what we are trying to do and with their support it will be easier.
“Results will come, we have many youngsters in the squad and we are also building a team for the future, I feel their pain and we also need to agree that it’s a process.”
