The future is in your hands

In this fast changing world people have been in an unending search of solutions to improve themselves not realising that they have what they need for their improvement, that is having the right attitude.
By definition attitude is the way in which we interpret and understand the world around us.

People strive to achieve greatness but with the wrong attitude and they will eventually fail.

The best thing one can do for himself is cultivating the right attitude, a positive one!

Popular writer James Allen of, “As a man Thinketh” once wrote, “People want to improve their circumstances but unwilling to change themselves.”

From this we can see that nothing successful will materialise until one’s attitude is changed towards success.

Most people will feel that they have realised their potential when they reach the level of their role models but in reality life will always provide other avenues of success. Who will they look up to when such opportunities come?

Some people usually lack the much needed confidence when they are doing something, it should be noted that great ideas have perished because of fear.

Why do people fail?

Its either they do not believe in themselves or they are fearful.

What the people need is a fearless mindset and an inner drive to take risks.

Courage is the only answer to fear.

A certain authority was quoted saying, “courage is not the absence of fear but the judgement that something else is more important.”

The most common misconception is that if you wish to succeed, you will work up one day realising your dream without working.

Avoid becoming a wishbone but work hard to achieve.

The problem with most of today’s youths is that they spend three quarters of their day on social networks depriving themselves the much needed time to meditate upon their lives, some may go as far as sacrificing their sleep to be on those sites.

What a shame?.

Most youths are heavily dependent on their parents and relatives for financial backups, at the same time they are in the habit of spending extravagantly as it is now viewed as fashionable.

They forget that a time will come when they shall receive no help from their parents as they grow and at the same time they did nothing to invest in their future.

Get it right, social network is not bad but the motive behind their use by youths.

Be a positive influence on the social networks and also give yourself time to think of your future.

However, it should be noted that the choice is ours to either be permanent residents of our past or to move on after assessing the causes of our failures.

Success is you, the way you imagine your future is every important as it moulds the way you think.

Success begins inside you and you should discipline yourself to work for you to succeed.
