The event, set to kick off at 4pm, will feature performances from various artistes, including the man of the moment, Killer T of “Kana Ndanyura” fame, Enzo Ishall, Holy Ten, Bling 4, Poptain, PinTec, and MC Tyrateey.

In an interview, show organiser Dee Nosh, who has been dedicated to bringing musicians to smaller towns, shared that the event aims to promote domestic tourism.

“July Fest is now an annual event held in Kadoma every year, promoting domestic tourism as it attracts people from all corners of Zimbabwe. It’s running for the second year. Last year, we had Blaq Diamond from South Africa, and it was amazing. This year, we decided to go local because local is lekker,” he said.

He added that preparations for the event are at an advanced stage as they put the final touches on the stage and sound settings.

From Kadoma, Dee Nosh will head to Gwanda with Holy Ten, where the musician is scheduled to perform on Saturday at the Gwanda Winter Warmer show. He will share the stage with Zhezhingtonz, Zagoe, and Umfanomsotho at the Phoenix Shisanyama.
