An exciting event dubbed Tshabalala July is set to take place next week on Saturday at Something23 in Tshabalala, Bulawayo. The event, which aims to celebrate all those born in July, will cater to both children and adults, promising a fun-filled day and night.

Event organisers said the celebration draws its inspiration from the Durban July in South Africa but has a unique twist.

“We derive this event from Durban July, but we differ in that we combine birthdays for all July babies to celebrate together. It is happening on 27 July, and all children born in July will celebrate in the afternoon. After that, we continue into the night with the adults’ party,” they said.

The children’s segment of the event will run from midday to 5pm, featuring free activities like a jumping castle.

The evening will feature an adults’ party with various DJs taking turns on the decks to entertain the guests. The line-up includes DJ JB Wabantu, DJ Easy, DJ Nico, DJ Banda, and DJ Prince Eskhosini, among others.

The organisers are enthusiastic about creating a memorable experience for everyone involved, celebrating the spirit of togetherness and joy that comes with birthdays.
