ZIMBABWEAN professional golfers, Scott and Kieran Vincent, finished tied for the second time in a row.
The siblings were part of the field of 162 players who teed off at the LIV Golf Las Vegas on Thursday. The brothers were tied on position 45 at one over-par total after the three rounds.
Scott managed rounds of 70, 74 and 73 for a total one-over as Kieran carded rounds of 70, 71 and 76.
The tournament was won by Dustin Jonhston at 12-under-par with rounds of 69, 66 and 71. Jonhston of 4Aces team captained his team to a podium finish and was ahead of Talor Gooch and Peter Uihlein, who were 11-under-par.
Smash GC’s dominated the team event with captain, Brooks Koepka, celebrating his fifth trophy since joining LIV Golf, while teammate Gooch became the first player to win trophies with three different teams.
Graeme McDowell, who joined Smash as a free-agent signee during the offseason was also among the podium for the first time in his 24 starts in LIV Golf.
Johnson birdied the par-four 17thy to break a three-way tie and earn his third individual trophy and 10th overall as the captain of 4Aces GC.
Johnson shot a gritty final-round one-under 69 to finish at one- under, one shot better than Gooch and Uihlein
