TENDAI Ngwazi claims his latest offering, set to be released anytime this month, will be the “Album of the Year” in sungura.
This means he believes his album will overshadow the albums set to be released by his brother Mark and superstar Alick Macheso this year.
Tindo’s album, tilted Denga Radaira, carries six tracks.
The songs are Vakwasha Vekudhorobha, Denga Radaira, Toothpick, Hama Chaidzo, Ndafunga Zvekuenda and Zodzo.
Mark is also set to release his album Huzukwende on June 29.
In an interview with H-Metro, Tindo said:
“The date is not set yet but am planning on releasing the album month-end or I might release before month-end.
“We are also considering the cold weather, so let’s wait and see
“One thing I know is that I will have the best album of the year in sungura. After listening to my album I am very sure that it is the best,” he said.
The Ngwazi brothers worked together from 2015 to 2018.
Mark told H-Metro:
“The preparations for Huzukwende are done we are just waiting for the date. I cannot speak about my brother you never know I might say things that are not necessary.”
