Get plenty of rest: If you are tired and feeling worn-out, your body’s immune system is not going to be at its best to fight off any infections or viruses.

Sleep with an extra pillow under your head:  This will help with the drainage of nasal passages.

Keep warm: But don’t overdo it, making sure that you get plenty of fresh air is also important!
