ZIM dancehall stalwart, Tocky Vibes, might be keeping a low profile on home soil but he still remains a hit outside Zimbabwe.

The singer had a memorable weekend in Bali, Indonesia, where he performed at a top CEO’s private birthday bash.

His Australian benefactor and friend, only identified as Boss Langton, was celebrating his birthday.

He flew to the South Eastern Asian country with his producer, T-Man of Mt Zion.

The artist and the producer were invited to escort an Australian businessman, Langton, on his tour celebrating his birthday.

“We had a memorable experience for everyone invited by delivering an exceptional performance.

“Boss Langton has always trusted me and was begging me to deliver a memorable act and we hardly disappoint our fans, especially when the venue is filled with fans,” he said.

Asked how much they were getting paid, they said:

“We will not disclose our fee but it was worth attending his birthday bash.

“It is exciting news to hear that some entertainers continue to raise the Zimbabwean flag high.

“We are simply going to utilise such opportunities to find new markets world over.”

One of the pioneers of the Zim dancehall movement, Tocky has been evolving.
