The President’s views on this sector are quite noble, but these guys have found a way of stealing university funds in the name of infrastructure development by flouting tender regulations. There are so many corrupt activities going on in universities.

I wish the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission, Zimche and the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education could investigate corrupt activities at universities through forensic audits. — Student
