MUSICIAN Trevor Dongo will headline this year’s edition of the Durban All Black Affair anniversary.
The event, which is set to be held at The Warehouse in Durban on April 29, features Cape Town-based acts including DJ Captain Pliers and MC Lenny Matterhon.
Durban-based acts TK Hollun, Jimmie Maleta and Ray Mupats are part of the line-up.
Chizybanks is behind the event.
Speaking to H-Metro, show organiser Brighton “Chizybanks” Chiyamuro said:
“The Durban All Black event continues to grow annually.
“We are excited that for the fourth anniversary celebrations we have Trevor Dongo coming to perform.
“This year’s event promises to be bigger than the previous ones.
“The event has become more popular and glamorous and so many people are looking forward to attending.”
Chizybanks said they were set to bring more artists from Zimbabwe in future editions.
“Over the years, we have been working with South Africa-based Zimbabwean artists but now we are able to bring in acts from Zimbabwe.
“It’s growth for the event and me personally as a promoter.
“We are very much in line with all preparations for the event and thanks to all major stakeholders and sponsors who have confirmed to be part of this year’s event,” he said.
