Triangle remain on course

Triangle coach Gishon “Gizha” Ntini said they have set their sights on winning the championship.
“It was a very tough game because we were playing one of the toughest teams in the league but the most important thing is we managed to score the much needed goals and got the three points,” said Ntini.
“Experience played a big role but I should give credit to Arcturus because they defended well otherwise we could have scored more than a dozen goals.
“We are happy with the progress as the results are moving according to our plans and, as I had said before, we need to keep focusing on each game.

“There is no better time of being at the top of the log like this one and the league is taking shape where boys are being separated from men.
“We are definitely going for the championship and we need to dig deeper into our bag of experience to make sure we win it.”
Triangle are now on 51 points from 20 games with Hippo Valley second on 47 points and at weekend they were held to a 1-1 draw against Tenax.
Meanwhile, the Zifa Northern Region Division One action resumes tomorrow after taking a break over the weekend.
