THREE men, who went on a car robbery spree in Chitungwiza and Ruwa areas, and became so daring they attacked a man who was parked outside a major supermarket, have run out of luck.
They have been arrested and charged with stealing five cars.
Day Kaseke, Munyaradzi Mwanjere and Pardon Tawanda Waterbuck have appeared before magistrate, Stanford Mambanje, facing multiple counts of car robbery.
The court heard that on Friday, the trio attacked Takudzwa Kamudiro, who was parked opposite Pick and Pay Ruwa, and pushed him out of his Toyota Sienta.
They drove the vehicle away.
The trio also allegedly robbed Knowledge Chamakore of his silver Honda Fit at Velvet Service Station in Chitungwiza.
They attacked him and went away with his car and phone.
The trio also allegedly robbed Marvel Tongai Chinhanga of his white Toyota Sienta in Chizhanje, Mabvuku.
Using the same technique they robbed Johannes Mashiri of his Toyota Sienta, along Seke Road, near Koala Abattoirs.
The trio was remanded in custody and advised to approach the High Court for bail considerations.
