THE Zimbabwe School Examination Council (ZIMSEC) has revealed that candidates sitting for the 2024 June Ordinary and Advanced Level exams are to pay their fees using an interbank rake rate of $17 558 to US$1.

The deadline for payment period has been set for March 20.

In a statement, ZIMSEC said fees are pegged in USD, however, they are accepted in the currency which parents or guardians are comfortable with.

It said, those who wish to make payments in USD or Rands are able to do so.

Candidates have been advised to contact their various centres for registration closing dates.

“Payment should not be made directly into ZIMSEC accounts but parents and guardians must pay at the school or centre of registration for forward remission to ZIMSEC,” read the statement.
