Tryson, Proggy for Cafe B5 launch party

Tryson Chimbetu and Progress Chipfumo will share the stage at the official launch of Café B5 in Budiriro tomorrow. The event will also feature DJ Scott, DJ Cables and Oskid.

A spokesperson of Café B5 said the show was meant to celebrate the return of the club that is situated at Budiriro 5 Shopping Centre that is popularly known as KwaCurrent.

“We opened the club early this year and we have hosted a number of artistes. The club had been closed for renovations and we are happy to announce that our patrons have welcomed its return. The shows we have held so far were exciting and we are now going for the official launch,” said the spokesperson.

“We took our time to have the official launch party because we wanted to ensure we have the best for our patrons. We have been having consultations and we feel we now have the best programme for everyone and we can now celebrate the return of Café B5.”

Musicians that are set to perform at the event said they are happy to be part of the party.

“I have performed at the club before and I enjoy the environment. We promise nothing but the best at the launch party and we encourage our fans to come and celebrate with us,” said Chimbetu.

Chipfumo said: “The venue is nice and our previous shows at the joint were exciting. We are ready for the party and we know it will be a night of serious fun.”
