BULAWAYO boys Transmission West flexed their muscles and yanked their way to glory at this year’s Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) Ingwebu Tug of War National Championships, hammering Zesa Holdings 2-0 in a quickfire final!

After bulldozing past Bulawayo Metro 2-0 in the semis, Transmission West made light work of Zesa Holdings, wrapping up the final in just a few minutes — barely breaking a sweat!

It was heartbreak for defending champs Mutare Board and Paper Mills, who were tossed out in the semis by a determined Zesa side, losing 2-0.

Meanwhile, in the women’s division, Glow A proved they are still the queens of the rope, defending their title with a convincing 2-0 win over sister team Glow B.

Glow A had earlier brushed aside Ingwebu 2-0 to book their spot in the final, while Glow B overpowered BCC with an identical scoreline.

Muscle, might, and pure dominance ruled the day — and Transmission West now stand tall as the undisputed champs!
