NORTHERN Region Division One soccer side Mushowani Stars director Lovemore Nyakasoka believes bringing on board experienced coach Arthur Tutani will bring change to the team in the second half of the season. The team at the weekend started life with new coach Tutani who joined them after parting ways with police outfit ZRP FC.Tutani who left the police side through mutual understanding will not have Tendai “Khule” Mutandi and Davis Kamanga who are both on trials in Swaziland when they face Kariba Waves in Madziwa this weekend.
Mushowani roped in Tutani who they believe is experienced enough to propel their modest side to a respectable position and then campaign for the championship next year.
“We have made a move for Tutani who in my view has enough experience especially (in coaching) in the Northern Region. We have not parted ways with Angirayi Chapo, but he is now the assistant coach.
“Chapo was good, but he lacked experience, especially going into the second round and we have not completely surrendered our challenge in the race. Anything can happen in football and we hope to see a change.”
