TWO people died while four were injured after a BMW X5 veered off the road and overturned along the Marondera-Igava road on Monday afternoon.
According to a post on X, Police said the injured and dead were rushed to Marondera Hospital.
“The ZRP confirms a fatal road traffic accident in which two people were killed whilst four others were injured at the 15 kilometre peg along Marondera –Igava Road on 21/04/24 at around 1450 hours. A BMW X 5 vehicle with five passengers on board veered off the road to the left before overturning and landing on its wheels. The bodies of the victims were taken to Marondera Hospital mortuary for post mortem whilst the injured are admitted at the same hospital.”
