A NEW money remittance platform, focused on a new value proposition based on reliability, transparency, and efficiency, has been launched.

TX Money Transfer was launched yesterday.

Executive Director of TX Money Transfer, Tatenda Hungwe, said:

‘Our chosen method to achieve this purpose is delivering exceptional financial services across various specialisms including advisory, asset management, wealth management, treasury services, and now remittance.

“Our reach extends beyond Zimbabwe such as Mauritius, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.”

Lucia Chingwaru, an executive member of the firm, said that they are concentrating on the challenges faced by receivers.

“TX Money Transfer is addressing this issue by concentrating on the challenges faced by receivers throughout the value chain.

“These challenges will be mitigated through partnership with other remittance providers, assisting in their disbursements as part of the value chain,” she said.

She said that the model is built on partnerships.

“Through strategic collaborations, we provide a platform for other remittance providers to deliver reliable services to their clients.

“Our dedication to reliability and financial inclusion spreads to every aspect of operations.

“We are committed to a customer-centric approach that ensures satisfaction for the end customer.

“These collaborations will facilitate economies of scale, streamline processes and consolidate efforts.

“This approach will enable other remittance providers to offer services more efficiently and reliably to our customers.

“This strategy not only reduces costs but also ensures timely and secure fund transfer for customers.”

A similar launch has been planned for Bulawayo on Friday.

“We are also running a promotion to give away gold coins to the tune of US$100 000 up to the end of the year,” she said.
