Usher’s ex-wife told to pay up

of marriage in 2009, with whom she has two children, Usher Raymond V (4) and Naviyd (3), recently lost her court battle with her former landlord, who claimed she owned almost US$50 000 in back rent for three retail spaces in an Atlanta, Georgia, complex, where she ran her business.

The celebrity stylist had argued that her landlord, Antelope Valley Plaza, broke their lease agreement and that the lawsuit against her should be dismissed, but a judge recently ruled she must pay US$186 036,50 to the landlord as well as US$18 625,65 in legal fees, according to gossip website TMZ.com.

It is not clear why Tameka was ordered to pay so much and she has refused to comment on the judgment.
In November, Usher put the mansion, where he had been allowing Tameka to live, on the market for US$3,2 million and his lawyer notified her that she would need to move out.

The R&B star had allowed her to live at the home, which he bought after they got engaged in 2007, with their two sons, as part of their 2009 divorce settlement, but decided to sell the house after he secured sole custody of the boys —Bang showbiz.com
