ENERGETIC Zimdancehall chanter, Van Choga, has finally broken the silence after releasing a hip hop single titled Makachena.

Speaking to H-Metro, Van Choga said he was still into Zimdancehall but does not want to limit himself.

“The problem is I introduced myself to people as an energetic Zimdancehall artist but the truth is I love Zim Hip Hop too and I sing what I will be feeling.

“As such, I urge artists to be versatile.

“When I am doing Zimdancehall I will be energetic, jumping and hyperactive but when I am doing hip hop I try to be soft,” he said.

Van Choga’s single, Makachena, is a dedication to all people who love looking good.

“This new generation loves looking good and I just thought I should sing about it and Mars produced the song and on my visuals I worked with Picture-Yedu.

“I am working on an album which will be ready next year but this whole year I am going to be releasing singles,” he added.
