POLICE in Mutare have arrested three men over a spine-chilling murder that rocked Dangamvura on May 6.
Brighton Kaisa (27), Oliver Kaisa (28), and Garikai Saungwena (50) are accused of turning savage after suspecting a man of stealing vegetables from their garden.
The victim, Tarick Mamenomuno (23), met a gruesome end after he was allegedly tied upside down on a mango tree with a cable. What followed was pure horror. The trio reportedly took turns whipping him with a wire and an electric cable, unleashing a vicious assault that left him dead on the spot.
What started as a vegetable theft accusation quickly turned into a murder scene, leaving the Dangamvura community stunned.
Police, on X, said the suspects are behind bars as investigations continue.
