Veremu smells victory

“We are going to play DeMbare in the final and we will hand them their first defeat in six outings. I already see myself lifting the Cup at the winner’s podium,” declared Veremu.
The national team defender is very confident that his team will proceed to the final and described Monoz as “small boys.”
“I want fans to know that Rooney chinomakika (Chitiyo can be marked) and our coach already has a strategy to beat the Harare team.
“I know they have a very mobile midfield and our coach has a solution to contain them. We are not worried about these youngsters  because we have the names and if we were to follow that it means we will be starting the match this afternoon  leading with a  five-nil scoreline in our favour but football is played on the pitch.”
Veremu said they also want to beat Bosso in the league on Wednesday.
“We also want to win the last two matches in the Premiership and that includes beating Bosso at Emagumeni,” said Veremu.
“They were the first team to beat us 1-3 at Mandava this season and next week we are going to hand them their first home defeat. Our morale is very high after beating Hwange at home last weekend and I do not see us losing games until the end of the season.”
Veremu was handed the armband  last month  and has been a pillar of strength in the Kugona Kunenge Kudada defence where he is partnering former Dynamos midfielder Thabani Kamusoko.
