Veteran golfer impresses in Germany

VETERAN Zimbabwean golf player Tony Johnstone had a decent finish at the Winston Golf Senior Open at Vorbet in Germany yesterday.
Johnstone is now playing in the seniors’ tour where he usually plays with countryman Nick Price.
The Zimbabwean was tied on position nine after the three rounds which he carded an impressive 71, 67 and 69.
Johnstone finished the event tied with Bob Cameron of England.

The Zimbabwean is now taking part in several events this season and last week he took part in the Travis Perkins plc Senior Masters where he finished on position 32-under-par.
