Chapman on Sunday.
The top amateur beat 70 golfers when he carded 72, 69, 72 and 69.
“It was good to defend my title and I will take a break from golf while waiting to go to college in four months time.
“The competition was challenging and I managed to come back on the last round after a slip-up in the first rounds,” Vincent said.
Vincent came into the tournament as one of the favourites after he managed to win several titles last year.
The golfer had not participated in the first three high-profile local tournaments of this season only to return for the prestigious one.
Nyasha Muyambo was second after he shot 72, 68, 73 and 72.
Muyambo had taken the lead in the first three rounds only to fall in the last nine holes.
Clive Nguru was third with scores of 74, 76, 74 and 73.
South Africa-based Ntobani Ndabambi was tied with Rowlings for fourth place.
Ndabambi is attached to a golf academy in South Africa.
“I am doing well and I look forward to improve with every game that I take part in,” said Ndabambi.
Meanwhile, the Chapman team A of Vincent, Nguru, Muyambo and Emanuel Hungwe won this year’s edition of the Wreyingrams Trophy, which was played concurrently with the Zimbabwe Amateur Championship.
The team had 865 points.
