TOP Zimbabwean professional golfer, Scott Vincent, struggled and missed his second cut, in as many outings, at the Casio World Open.
The tournament was held at Kochi Kuroshio Country Club in Nishibunkou, Geisei-mura, Japan.
The Zimbabwean made the field, which teed off in the tournament, last Thursday.
Vincent had scores of 72 and 72, to finish tied in 86th place, after the two rounds. The event was won by Mikumu Horikawa.
The golfer has now switched his attention to this week’s golf Nippon Series JT Cup, which begins tomorrow, at the Tokyo Yomiuri Country Club.
Vincent, who was on seventh place on the Japanese Golf Tour, Order of Merit standings in September, is now in 10th place.
He has won about US$670 000 in 22 outings. Cham Kim is leading the order of merit, with earnings of about US$1 million, on the tour.
He has won three events in 19 attempts. Ryosuke Kinoshita is in second place.
