Volleyball teams return to a heroes welcome

THE Zimbabwe volleyball youth teams have returned home to a heroes welcome coming from the African Union Sports Council AUSC Region 5 Games in Namibia.

The four teams comprise of the volleyball and beach volleyball Under -19 boys and girls teams.

All the four teams did not disappoint as they brought home medals.

The boys’ teams managed gold medals, the girls volleyball won bronze medal while the girls beach volleyball team won silver.

The team was welcomed back home by excited parents, the SRC and the Zimbabwe Volleyball Association representatives.
