Africa Moyo in BALI, Indonesia
Vice President Kembo Mohadi has concluded his visit to Indonesia where he led Zimbabwe’s delegation at the Second Indonesia-Africa Forum and the High-Level Forum on Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships.
In an interview before his departure, he said the visit was an eye-opener for the delegation, adding they intend to apply some of the issues they learnt back home.
VP Mohadi said even Women Affairs, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Minister Monica Mutsvangwa, who was part of the delegation, had told him that she was impressed by the way Indonesian SMEs are organised.
The Zimbabwe delegation says it achieved a lot here, especially after clinching two cooperation agreements in the health and pharmaceutical sectors.
The conferences ran from September 1 to 3.
Indonesia President Joko Widodo officially opened the conferences, which were attended by 24 African countries including Ghana, Nigeria, Eswatini and Tanzania.
